It contains a high performance Hot-Start Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, SYBR Green I dye, enhancers, stabilizers, and a passive reference dye(ROX). It doesn’t contain primers or a DNA template. This qPCR Master mix is specifically  designed for routine Real Time PCR applications.

This master mix includes antibody-mediated RB Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl₂, SYBR Green I dye, and a blend of passive reference dyes, along with specialized enhancers and stabilizers for superior performance and consistency.

Instrument Compatibility

Protocol

Reaction setup and Thermal cycling Protocol

  • Thaw RB qPCR Complete Master Mix and reaction components on ice, mix thoroughly and briefly spin to collect solutions at the bottom of the tubes and avoid exposure to light.
  • Prepare the reaction mix by adding all the required components according to the following recommendations (Table 1).
