It contains a high performance Hot-Start Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, SYBR Green I dye, enhancers, stabilizers, and a passive reference dye(ROX). It doesn’t contain primers or a DNA template. This qPCR Master mix is specifically designed for routine Real Time PCR applications.

This master mix includes antibody-mediated RB Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl₂, SYBR Green I dye, and a blend of passive reference dyes, along with specialized enhancers and stabilizers for superior performance and consistency.

RB SYBR qPCR Complete Master Mix is compatible with Real-time PCR instruments that uses ROX as a reference dye such as all Bio-Rad and ROX dependent Applied Biosystems real-time PCR instruments.
The products are intended solely for research purposes and should not be utilized for diagnostic assays.
