Reaction setup

For successful cDNA synthesis, good quality RNA is a key element. The quality of RNA can be assessed using agarose gel electrophoresis. The 5x RBTM cDNA Reaction mixture may contain some precipitate upon thawing; please ensure complete resuspension by mixing thoroughly and use it as directed in the table below.
